How to Appeal a ban on InfectedCraft

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and everyone deserves a second chance. If you’ve been banned from our Minecraft server and believe the ban was a mistake or you’ve learned from your actions, we provide an appeal process for you to submit your case.

Step 1: Review the Ban Reason

Before submitting an appeal, make sure you understand why you were banned. Check any messages from the moderators or admins regarding the ban. It will help you explain your situation more clearly during the appeal.

Step 2: Follow the Appeal Format

To ensure your appeal is processed quickly, please follow the format below. Appeals submitted in any other format may be disregarded.

Appeal Format:

• Minecraft Username: (Your in-game name)
• Ban Date: (Approximate date of the ban)
• Ban Reason: (If known, or a brief description of the reason you were banned)
• Your Explanation: (Explain why you believe the ban was unjust, any circumstances that should be considered, or what you have learned from the experience. Be honest and respectful.)
• Your Plan Moving Forward: (How will you avoid making the same mistake in the future? What will you do to contribute positively to the server community?)

Step 3: Submit Your Appeal

Once you’ve completed the appeal format, you can submit it to us through the InfectedCraft forum, under the topic 'Appeal Punishment'.

Be Patient

After submitting your appeal, please be patient as our team reviews your case. We will respond to your appeal as quickly as possible. Depending on the number of appeals, it may take some time to get a response, so we kindly ask for your understanding.

Appeal Outcome

If your appeal is successful, you will be unbanned, notified by our team, and you can rejoin the server. If your appeal is denied, we may provide a brief explanation. Depending on the situation, you may be given a chance to appeal again after 30 days.

Important Notes:

• Respectful Communication: Always keep your appeal respectful and polite. Rude or inappropriate language may result in further consequences.
• Appeals for Serious Violations: If you were banned for serious violations (e.g., cheating, harassment, or exploiting bugs), we may ask for additional information or proof that you’ve learned from your mistake. Depending on your date of banning.
• No Spam: Please do not submit multiple appeals for the same ban. If your appeal is denied, follow the next steps as outlined.
• Questions regarding your appeal: If you have any questions regarding your appeal (process time, uncertainty) please ask them in the designated topic. Not via Discord
